İmar A.Ş. operates at the intersection of urban development, planning, and public investment in Istanbul. As the organization entered a new phase, there was a need to articulate not only its project portfolio, but its institutional role within the city’s ongoing transformation. This moment called for more than a conventional corporate introduction. It required a narrative capable of framing the organization’s work within the scale, complexity, and responsibility of a metropolitan context.

Our Role

The project was approached as an institutional narrative film, bringing together İmar A.Ş.’s history, its current transformation, and its expanding areas of responsibility. Rather than listing individual projects, the focus was placed on the organization’s position within Istanbul’s built environment.

Approach

The narrative was developed from a city-first perspective, not a company-first one. İmar A.Ş.’s work was presented as part of Istanbul’s evolving urban fabric-its growth, renewal, and redefinition.

The film language avoided technical overload and promotional exaggeration. Instead, it emphasized continuity, accountability, and scale. The concept of metropolitan was used not as a slogan, but as a lens to describe institutional reach and civic impact.
