Turkcell operates at the center of Turkey's digital services and telecommunications ecosystem, with a wide network of regional partners and local points of presence. As brand communication increasingly shifted to decentralized digital channels, there emerged a clear need: enabling local teams to communicate more effectively without compromising brand integrity. This challenge was not about content production, but about capability building-€”establishing a shared understanding of digital communication standards at scale.

Our Role

The project was delivered as a social media workshop program, designed to strengthen digital competence across Turkcell’s local network. The focus was on helping participants navigate day-to-day content creation while remaining aligned with Turkcell’s brand language and communication principles.

Approach

The workshop approach balanced flexibility and control. Rather than prescribing templates or fixed outputs, the sessions focused on decision-making frameworks-€”how to choose, adapt, and produce content responsibly within a large brand system.
