The project was delivered as a social media workshop program, designed to strengthen digital competence across Turkcell’s local network. The focus was on helping participants navigate day-to-day content creation while remaining aligned with Turkcell’s brand language and communication principles.

Approach
The workshop approach balanced flexibility and control. Rather than prescribing templates or fixed outputs, the sessions focused on decision-making frameworks-how to choose, adapt, and produce content responsibly within a large brand system.
Key areas included:
- brand compliance in decentralized content creation
- practical use of accessible tools for local marketing
- consistency across platforms without central bottlenecks
The emphasis remained on empowerment, not enforcement.
